Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Jersey, Guernsey and Scottish Highlands.
* Denotes minimum delivery value of £100.00 net.
Standard delivery is Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm excluding bank holidays.
Premium delivery services are available with an additional cost, please contact us for further details.
Delivery will be carried out to ground floor level, outside of the delivery premises only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods being delivered will physically fit through the designated route to where they will be installed.
We will not accept any responsibility or liability for the aforementioned criteria not being met, or any subsequent damage caused by the customer moving the equipment from the delivery postion.
Our returns and refund policy is as outlined below, please read carefully.
Wesellcateringequipment.com is under no obligation whatsoever to accept either unsuitable, unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods returned by the customer without prior agreement and absolute discretion of wesellcateringequipment.com
Goods that have been arranged for return will under no circumstances be accepted unless returned in ALL the original packaging in both UNUSED and UNDAMAGED condition along with ALL associated parts, manuals and accessories. Failure by the customer to carry out these instructions will result in charges being made to the customer to replace any missing items or repair any damage.
A collection charge will be made along with a re-stocking fee of 25% of the original invoiced amount + VAT. Specially ordered items cannot be returned due to the specific nature of the goods being unsuitable to an alternative customer.
Prior to returning goods, a return order authorisation must be obtained from us and quoted at all times.
Refunds will only be made once ALL of the above criteria have been met to wesellcateringequiment.com’s complete satisfaction.
ALL goods supplied come with a full manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranties will not be valid if a product has been installed incorrectly, damaged, mis-used or is down to wear and tear.
Warranty call outs and subsequent works carried out deemed to be due to any of the above will be fully charged to the customer.
